Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("Customer") and Chef Penn Catering ("Chef Penn," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of Chef Penn's catering services. By placing an order with Chef Penn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Catering Service
We offer a variety of catering services for events such as weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Our services include menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup. We will work with you to create a customized menu that meets your needs and budget.
Orders
Orders a. All orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to the event date. We reserve the right to decline any order, for any reason. b. Changes to orders may be made up to 48 hours prior to the event date, subject to availability. c. Orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event date will be charged in full.
Booking and Payment
To book our catering services, please contact us at least 14 days before your event date. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your catering reservation, please notify us at least 7 days before your event date. The deposit is non-refundable, but we may offer a credit towards a future catering service. If you cancel less than 7 days before your event date, the full cost of the catering service will be charged.

Menu Changes and Substitutions
We reserve the right to make changes or substitutions to the menu based on ingredient availability or other circumstances. We will work with you to find suitable alternatives if necessary.
Liability and Insurance
We are fully insured and carry general liability insurance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injuries that occur during the event. It is the responsibility of the client to provide a safe and secure environment for the event.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government action.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. b. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be binding and final.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Chef Penn with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
